Pada tanggal tersebut diatas server VoIP Rakyat mengalami kondisi down diakibatkan pengerjaan upgrade database server yang ternyata dibarengi oleh kerusakan komponen server yang tidak dapat kami hindari.

Saat ini kerusakan telah kami perbaiki dan server dalam kondisi berjalan dengan baik. Mohon maaf apabila kejadian tersebut menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan bagi anda.
